I’m Ellie Morris, co-owner of The Salon Morris & Bowling with my amazing business partner and friend, Louise Bowling.

Louise and I have known each other and worked together for over a decade, before deciding to open the doors at 261 Newmarket Road in 2017! We pride ourselves on having a down to earth, friendly salon where everyone is welcome and feels as comfortable as we do.

I began my career in 2009. Since then I have completed my NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, and a barbering course. I have been to The Wella Studios multiple times in London to complete my colour training and spent time at the Wox Studio doing a Kevin Murphy Session Salon course learning how to use the products to their full potential, for the best, long lasting results on a catwalk! I am also trained in pre-bonded hair extensions with Balmain and have recently completed a course in a different application of hair extensions, with Flawless Hair Extension Training Academy, in Tape extensions.

I strive to not specialise, but be able to find what service would best suit you and carry it out after a thorough consultation and get the best results with award winning products.

I have such a lovely relationship with all my clients and love that the majority of them have been with me since I started. I can’t wait to keep making everyone’s experience personal, and bespoke to their hair needs at The Salon Morris and Bowling.
